With extensive experience in, and a deep knowledge of, child development and teaching pedagogy our team members guide children as they learn through their play. We provide our team with excellent Continued Professional Development opportunities and all undertake regular training in order to ensure our practice is up-to-date and well informed.

Our ABC Learning Limited Directors and Group Managers oversee Old Basing, The Nest and Otters Nursery to ensure a consistency of approach, effective transition and a smooth day-to-day running as well as an alignment of our vision and values across the whole of our company. We think it's really important that our children get to know all of our team and feel confident in their care - this also aids transition between our two sites as well as between groupings.. As well as organised trips between both sites for shared events or stay and plays we deploy our team, and any regular cover staff, across both sites. This also allows for excellent continuity of care when staff members are sick or on leave.​
